A BOM (bill of materials) is just the list of every part and material a job needs. Add up materials and routing (the machine and labor steps a job goes through) and you get a real cost, not a guess. Quotes go out fast, and they hold up.
Track the work as it happens
Once a job is won, a work order is built from that same routing. Each step gets marked started, done, or skipped on the shop floor. So you always know where a job actually is, not where you hope it is.

MRP (material requirements planning) is a simple idea with a big name. It checks what your open jobs need against what’s on the shelf and on order, then tells you what to reorder — grouped by vendor, ready to review. One click turns that into a draft purchase order. Do you replace our spreadsheets on day one?
No. We set the system up with you. You can keep the old spreadsheet as a backup while your team gets used to the new way.
Can it tell me which machine is free next week?
Not yet. Today the platform tracks jobs and stock levels, but it does not plan machine schedules that far ahead. That is on our roadmap.
Does it track a shipment once it leaves the shop?
Not yet. There is no live carrier tracking today. You get a manual tracking link field, not real-time updates from the carrier.
Is this one system, or do we buy separate tools?
